Will my resume get past applicant tracking systems (ATS)?

We test every design with two PDF text readers, the same kind of software those systems use, and check that your name, contact details, jobs and every bullet come through complete and in order. To do even better, paste the job posting: the keyword match shows which words from it your resume is missing.
Do I get Word files too?
Yes. Every document comes as a PDF and as an editable Word (.docx) file, in every design.
